About the Helpline
When you want to help communities communicate and operate more effectively, the Helpline can provide resources. You can use the system when you are just beginning to think about a participatory process, when you are deciding what to do next -- or when you have completed a process and wonder how to do it differently next time!
In addition to the online version, a telephone service is available at ...
Anyone can browse the site and use the library, but if you register we will be able to provide resources that match your situation. Registration allows you to save your responses, so that you can come back later to finish answering questions; you can also change your saved answers and check for new resources based upon these changes.
We will not share your personal information with any other individual or organization.
Use the Helpline
After you have registered, go to Question 1 to begin using the Helpline. You will be asked about the field you work in, your role, and your reason for interest in the Helpline.
If you have comments on the Helpline, please let us know by sending e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
