When you want to help communities communicate and operate more effectively, the Helpline can provide resources. You can use the system when you are just beginning to think about a participatory process, when you are deciding what to do next -- or when you have completed a process and wonder how to do it differently next time!

Registration
Anyone can browse the site and use the library, but if you register we will be able to provide resources that match your situation. Registration allows you to save your responses, so that you can come back later to finish answering questions; you can also change your saved answers and check for new resources based upon these changes.

field you work in, your role, and your reason for interest in the
Helpline.
